This website and storefront are operated by Infinite Trade Group Inc. under the NELY8 brand. References to “NELY8,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Infinite Trade Group Inc.

These Terms of Service govern access to the NELY8 website and purchases made through the NELY8 storefront. Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy provide additional information relevant to use of the storefront and an order.

## Purchase eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through NELY8. This requirement applies to all NELY8 products, including men’s grooming products, accessories, and sexual-wellness products. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this minimum purchase age and have legal capacity to enter into the transaction.

NELY8 does not currently use automated age-verification technology and does not collect birth dates or identity documents through the storefront for that purpose. Nothing in this section limits consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

## Products, directions, and availability

Product descriptions, images, options, prices, and availability are supplied through Shopify. We aim to present current information, but packaging and appearance may vary from images where permitted, and inventory may change before an order is accepted.

Products must be used only as directed on their approved labels, packaging, and instructions. Website and Journal content provides general product and routine information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

## Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order through Shopify checkout is an offer to purchase. It does not by itself mean that NELY8 has accepted the order. An order is accepted only when NELY8 confirms acceptance.

NELY8 may decline or cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary because of a material pricing error, inventory discrepancy, suspected fraud, payment problem, legal restriction, or inability to fulfill the order. If payment has been captured for an order cancelled by NELY8, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method where supported by the Shopify payment flow. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

## Customer cancellation requests

Customers may request cancellation before shipment by emailing info@nely8usa.com. A cancellation request is subject to the order’s processing status and is not guaranteed once fulfillment or carrier handoff has begun. If an order has shipped, the Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights govern any return request.

## Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency presented by the storefront or Shopify checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout using the information provided and Shopify’s configured tax settings.

Payments are processed through Shopify-hosted checkout and the payment providers configured there. The NELY8 headless storefront does not directly collect or store complete payment-card details.

If a material pricing error is identified before shipment, NELY8 may cancel the affected order and issue the appropriate refund rather than fulfill the order at the erroneous price, subject to applicable law.

## Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and promotional codes are governed by the terms published with the relevant offer. Eligibility, duration, exclusions, permitted combinations, and purchase requirements, if any, will be stated with the promotion. NELY8 may refuse promotional use involving error, misuse, or fraud, subject to applicable law and the published offer terms. No promotion has cash value unless its published terms expressly state otherwise.

## Shipping

NELY8 currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States and United Kingdom. Canada and other countries are not advertised as launch markets.

Orders are normally prepared and handed to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Processing time is separate from estimated shipping transit time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For United States orders, Standard Shipping is $4.90 USD and is free for orders of $50 USD or more. Express Shipping is $15.00 USD. Shopify currently shows estimated transit times of 3–5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1–2 business days for Express Shipping after processing.

For United Kingdom orders, Standard International Shipping is $29.90 USD and is free for orders of $199 USD or more. Rates are configured in USD, and eligible customers may see British Pound pricing through Shopify’s dynamic currency conversion. Any available UK delivery estimate is shown at checkout; NELY8 does not publish a separate UK delivery-time promise.

## Standard returns and refunds

Eligible standard return requests are accepted within 14 days after delivery. Products must be unopened and unused. Opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping and return-label costs.

Before sending an eligible return, email info@nely8usa.com with the order information and wait for return instructions. The return address is:

NELY8 does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible standard return. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. For an approved return, only the eligible product purchase price is refunded. Once NELY8 receives the returned product and confirms eligibility, NELY8 processes the refund within 2 business days to the original payment method where supported by Shopify’s payment flow. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

## Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

These order issues are handled separately from standard change-of-mind returns. Customers should report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item within 7 days after delivery by emailing info@nely8usa.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. The 7-day period is a recommended reporting window and does not waive or limit statutory consumer rights.

NELY8 will review the case and, when the issue is verified, offer an appropriate resolution such as a free replacement or refund. Approval is not automatic, and no fixed response time is promised. If required return shipping results from an error attributable to NELY8, the customer will not be responsible for that return shipping cost. The restriction on opened or used products for standard returns does not automatically exclude a defective, damaged, or incorrect product claim.

## Customer accounts

NELY8 uses optional Shopify-hosted Customer Accounts. Customers may use Shopify’s passwordless hosted sign-in to access their profile and order history. Guest checkout remains available. NELY8 does not operate a separate local authentication, password, or order-history database.

Customers are responsible for maintaining control of the email account and devices used to access their Shopify-hosted account and should contact NELY8 Customer Care if they believe their account or order information has been accessed without authorization.

## Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Customers may have mandatory consumer rights based on their location, including customers in the United Kingdom.

## Changes to these Terms

NELY8 may update these Terms when its services, providers, policies, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply subject to applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
